hey, i'm harry

i grew up in the bay area eating my way through every sichuan restaurant in a 30-mile radius. my parents are from china and my friends' parents were all from little slivers of east and south asia, so whether i liked it or not (and i indeed loved it) i was exposed to a plethora of asian food.

at some point i got completely sucked into making pizza (shoutout to Frank Pinello + The Pizza Show) and realized i could put the flavors i grew up with on something that everyone already loved. i hope the flavors that i love also resonate with you.
